Flint Hills Food Recovery

Redirecting excess food from 50+ food businesses to feed people, not landfills. 90,279 lbs recovered to date (2.4.2026 and growing daily)

Healthy Food Prescription Program

$25,000+ in fresh produce was purchased in 2025 through vouchers distributed by six partner agencies, supporting high-risk, food insecure households.

KS Senior Farmers Market Produce Program Assistance

Summer 2025 - 129 Seniors had their coupon books doubled for total purchases of $6,100 at Downtown Farmers Market of Manhattan

Kitchen Restore

528 Kitchen Starter Kits distributed through 11 partner agencies to households in need (2020-2025).

Konza Student Table

(Fall 2020-2025) - Offering well being and belonging, 500+ volunteers, KST provided 115,000+ nutritious meals to Kansas State University students

Power of Produce

Over the past 5 years, engaged 5,000+ children and families in hands-on nutrition education at the Downtown Farmers Market
